444ak Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 444ak ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 444ak website, games, sports betting services, and all associated features accessible at 444ak.pro and its subdomains.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 444ak platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 444ak operates a strict age verification policy. Any user found to be under the age of 21 will have their account suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, automated accounts, and accounts operated by bots or scripts are prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details (mobile number or email address).
• Each person may hold only one 444ak account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts held under a different name at the same address or with the same payment method — will be closed and any associated bonuses forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any of the above of 444ak or its affiliated companies.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The following obligations apply to all registered users:

• You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances, including family members and friends.
• You must notify 444ak support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 444ak will not be liable for losses resulting from failure to promptly report a security breach.
• 444ak may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.
• You must keep your registered contact details (mobile number and email) up to date. 444ak uses these for account verification, security alerts, and withdrawal processing.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

444ak supports multiple payment methods that are widely used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or USDT equivalent at the applicable rate. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on 444ak.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though unusually large deposits may trigger additional verification under our anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.
• Deposits are credited to your 444ak account balance in real time in most cases. In the event of a technical delay, the credited amount will reflect the exchange rate or transaction value at the time the payment was initiated, not the time of credit.
• 444ak does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits received from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account flagged for review.
• 444ak reserves the right to decline a deposit at its discretion without providing a reason, particularly where fraud indicators are present or where the transaction triggers AML checks.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 444ak does not process withdrawals to a different account, wallet, or payment method than was used to deposit.
• Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for bKash and Nagad transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or during KYC verification.
• 444ak reserves the right to request additional identity documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding ৳50,000.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

444ak offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated for each individual promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover is stated for each promotion. Where no rollover is stated, a default rollover of 30x applies.
• Bonuses are awarded to the account holder to whom they are issued and are non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or transferring bonuses between accounts is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account suspension.
• 444ak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonuses already credited and subject to an active wagering requirement will remain valid under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may only be used in connection with the specific game types or betting categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using a bonus in an ineligible game or market will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture.
• Where a free spin bonus is awarded, free spins are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless a different expiry is stated in the promotion terms. Unused free spins after expiry are forfeited without compensation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444ak platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, spin slot reels, or exploit any game mechanic in a way that is not available to a human player using the standard browser interface.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament. This includes chip dumping in poker, coordinated multi-accounting, and any form of match fixing.
• Making deposits using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials, including stolen bKash or Nagad account details. Any transaction identified as fraudulent will be reversed, the account frozen, and the matter reported to local authorities.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not eligible for withdrawal and will be voided.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially illegal activity. 444ak complies with applicable AML regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.

444ak uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 444ak may act without notice, including suspending or permanently closing the account, voiding all bets and bonuses, withholding any balance pending investigation, and pursuing legal remedies where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 444ak platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, software code, and all other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of 444ak or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of 444ak.

Game titles, software, and RNG systems are provided under licence from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. 444ak does not claim ownership of these game assets but operates them under valid licence agreements. 8. Limitation of Liability
